How much does a mobile DOT physical cost?

As low as $100 — the same as most walk-in clinics, except we come to you. Pricing may vary slightly for long travel distances. Captain's license physicals are also as low as $100.

How long does the exam take?

Most exams take 20–30 minutes. Pass, and your DOT medical certificate is in your hand before we leave — no second trip, no waiting on the mail.

What do I need to bring to my DOT physical?

Bring a photo ID or CDL, glasses or contacts if you wear them, hearing aids if used, a list of your current medications, and any medical records for conditions like diabetes, sleep apnea (CPAP compliance report), or heart issues. See our full checklist.

Is the examiner FMCSA certified?

Yes. Exams are performed by Krista Russell, MSN, APRN, FNP-C — a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner listed on the FMCSA National Registry. Your certificate is valid in all 50 states. Read more about Krista.

What form is used for my Coast Guard physical?

Your exam is documented on Coast Guard Form CG-719K (Application for Medical Certificate), which the National Maritime Center requires for new and renewed Merchant Mariner Credentials. Krista completes and signs the form as your examining provider, and you'll leave with a copy for your records.

What if I have high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea, or heart disease?

You can still be certified in most cases — bring recent readings, your medication list, or your CPAP compliance report and we'll walk you through it. Call ahead and we'll tell you exactly what to have ready.

Do you do drug screens and TB testing?

Yes — on-site drug screens, PPD/TB tests, and non-DOT pre-employment physicals, for individual drivers or your whole crew. See all services.

Do you work weekends or early mornings?

Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm, but they're flexible — early mornings, evenings, and weekends can usually be arranged. Call or text and we'll work around dispatch times, charters, and shift schedules.

Can you certify our whole fleet on-site?

That's our specialty. We set up at your terminal or yard and run your drivers back-to-back. One call books the entire crew.

Do you serve my city?

We cover all of Southwest Florida — 10 counties from Tampa to Naples. Check our full service area, or just call — we'll make it work.
